Miranda is totally awesome! She rides and drives easily for anyone, and I do mean ANYONE. My dauther has shown in in driving classes at the NC State Fairgrounds (photos below). You can even watch a video she took of a young teenage girl that she allowed to ride Miranda bareback through a Tractor Supply Store. I didn't even know you could do that! She can carry riders up to 350 lbs and safely allows children ages 6 and up to ride her on their own. She's 10 years old and has an impeccable topline. She's spent the whole summer taking kids out trail riding at our summer camp, and she still takes people of all ages and experience levels year-round. As you can see from the video, she LOVES the water. This is when we should've been riding bareback instead of the Tractor Supply! But seriously, you can really have fun with this horse if you're into cooling off in the hot summer. And if you're not, you don't have to let her lie down in the water.

Miranda has been with us for more than a year, and we're making her available to go to a private home. She is an absolute sweetheart. You'll never have any trouble catching her because she comes to you in the pasture. She will stand tied to a hitching rail all day - and often does at our farm (with a watering system, of course) while waiting to take out the next ride. She doesn't paw of chew on the hitching rail either. Patience is her middle name.
Miranda is so gentle and accommodating, you can learn to ride or regain your lost confidence on this sweet girl. She's also shorter than most draft horses, which makes it much easier to mount and dismount. I sticked her at just 16 hands. She is desensitized to dogs, so you can take your dogs with you when you ride. You'll have no trouble loading. As you can see from the video, we loaded and unloaded her in just 27 seconds! As seen in this video, you can ride her out alone with no more than a whinny to the horses back at the barn. She has a nice, smooth jog and canter, so even if you don't yet have a 'good seat', no one will ever be the wiser. This nice Draft Horse is for sale and could be yours for $8,500.
